SATURDAY, JUNE 1ST  • 10AM-2PM • PS187 SCHOOLYARD, 349 Cabrini Blvd

PS187 students, parents, and staff are getting together to spring clean their closets and put together a schoolyard sale! All friends and neighbors are welcome to stop by and check out what new treasures they might discover along the way! Plus, local artists are invited to display their creations to the community at the Arts & Crafts Market and everyone is welcome to drop off/pick up books at the Book Exchange. Save the date, and see you there!

SELL YOUR TREASURES AT THE YARD SALE
Reserve your very own designated spot at the yard sale - about 10ft x 8ft area -
and get ready to display your wears! The spaces are $20 each and available on first-come, first-served basis to PS187 students, guardians, and staff. Please fill out the reservation form at the bottom of the page to sign up. And, yes, any profits you make during the day are yours to keep (minus whatever your accountant recommends you declare on your tax returns).

SELL YOUR CREATIONS AT THE ARTS & CRAFTS MARKET
As part of the event, a special "Arts & Crafts Market" area will be set up to welcome local artists to display and sell their creations. You do not have to be a member of the PS187 community to participate, but you will be asked to provide a short description of your work and a link to a portfolio. If you are interested in participating, please fill out the form below. Because this is a ES/IS event, we do ask for any materials displayed to be age appropriate for young viewers.

DROP OFF BOOKS AT THE BOOK EXCHANGE
No spring clean is complete without weeding out your book collection! Drop-off gently used age-appropriate books - Pre-K through 8th grade - at the Book Exchange and/or look for new titles to bring home. Any books left at the end of the event will be distributed at local book drops.

FIND NEW TREASURES AND ENJOY A SNACK
The Spring Clean is free and open to the community. Come see what you can find and stop by the Refreshments Table to grab a cold drink and a snack.

Please contact us if you have any questions regarding the Tag & Market event. Participants, please make sure to read the guidelines below and to complete the registration form to reserve your spot! Guests, save the date and we will see you there!

CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS

Help us make this event a smashing success! Volunteer to help set up/decorate, take a turn at the snack table, or donate healthy baked goods/snacks to the refreshment table.
