![]() KidFit is a free community wellness fair organized by the PS187 PTO Wellness Committee in partnership with the YM & YWHA. Our goal is to encourage kids - and grown ups - to embrace healthier habits and to gain tools to do so in a fun and engaging way.
This year, we will be transforming the Y into a health and fitness discovery zone! A diverse array of demos and activities will take place across two floors. Get there early and stay to the end! You won't want to miss any of the special presentations, demos, and mini-lessons. KidFit is free and open to the community. So, grab your friends and come to the YM & YWHA on Sunday, April 29, 2018 from 1:30pm-4:30pm to join in the fun! Want to get involved with KidFit? Click one of the buttons on the right to volunteer or to contribute healthy GO Snacks to the event. |
